Hi, I’m Alessio Cicillini, the founder and owner of Cicillini’s Construction Ltd – operating as Demolition Man across London.
With over 6 years of hands-on experience as a self-employed multi-trade professional in Westminster and Greater London, I specialise in fast, clean, and stress-free demolition and clearance work. Whether it’s smashing out old walls, ripping up floors, soft-stripping kitchens or bathrooms, clearing garages, gardens, or full house clearances – I get the job done properly, with minimal mess left behind.
Before starting my own company, I earned a BEng (Hons) in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Bolton. That engineering background gives me a precise, methodical approach to every job: I plan carefully, work efficiently, and always leave the site safe and ready for the next stage.
I run a small, one-person limited company on purpose. This means you deal directly with me – no middlemen, no surprises, and full accountability from quote to completion. I’m fully insured, hold a Lower Tier Waste Carrier licence, and stay on top of health & safety requirements so you can relax knowing the job is handled compliantly.

I’m a qualified engineer with a BEng (Hons) in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Bolton (2020). This engineering background trained me to approach every job with precision, planning, and attention to detail — skills I now bring to demolition and construction work.
In addition to my degree, I am a qualified electrician with several years of practical experience carrying out electrical installations, repairs, and rewiring as part of my multi-trade work in London.
With over 6 years working as a self-employed multi-trade professional across Westminster and Greater London, I have hands-on experience in:
Full property renovations and soft strips
Demolition and internal clearance work
Plastering, painting, carpentry, and landscaping
Safe waste removal and site clearance
